During her prime, she worked for Christian Dior, Givenchy, John Galliano, and Versace, among others. Her grandpa founded the tire manufacturing company CEAT, and she grew up in an affluent industrial family.

Carla learned to play the guitar at a young age since both of her parents had a natural love for music. 

Carla had originally intended to pursue a profession in architecture, but she changed her mind and decided to seek a career as a model instead. When her love for music overtook her, she left modeling and recorded her debut album in 2002.

So far, she’s released four studio albums, five music videos, and several singles. This lovely lady has been active in humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors.

She is a dedicated advocate for HIV/AIDS research, having lost a brother to the disease.
